M Corp has added four employees during the past several weeks, as the fast-growing firm gains new contracts.
The Sacramento-based company has two new proposal support specialists – Sara Confer and Rachael Ward. Confer, who earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix, has previously worked as a proposal specialist for Siemens Inc. in Sacramento and Intellibridge Partners LLC.
Ward was most recently a talent manager for Stability Technology Partners in Folsom. Ward, who earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from California State University, Chico, has also served as a technical recruiter for Advantage Technical Resourcing and TEKsystems.
Tatyana Gorpinyuk has been hired as a quality assurance specialist and has more than 16 years in the profession. Gorpinyuk comes to the company after serving as a senior software quality analyst with the California Independent System Operator. Her career includes working for MCI/Verizon Business, NEC Electronics and The Money Store. Gorpinyuk has a bachelor’s degree in economics from State University in Rovno Lviv, Ukraine.
Patricia Yoder has joined M Corp as a programmer and has more than 31 years in the information technology industry. She was the senior developer/technical lead for the CalWIN Project for HP Enterprise Services. Yoder, who earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut, has also worked for the California Department of Health Care Services, Delta Dental, Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and projects for several state departments and agencies, including the Employment Development Department and California Highway Patrol.
